Named in memorial of a selfless advocate, the Lisa Shapiro Awards recognise the unsung heroes of our movement who are working quietly behind the scenes creating a more just world for other animals. Nominated by their peers and selected by an independent panel, the recipients (who will be announced by TPP on Oct 1, 2016) represent the noblest aspirations of our movement.
